Are there any payment specifics for SEA tourists?
You can pay via bank transfer, card, or through an agent in your country.
How do agents book tours?
Agents receive password-protected access, commission, and all materials. Details are in the B2B section.
Are gift certificates available?
Yes, you can gift a tour to a friend or loved one. We'll prepare it in a personalized and beautiful format.
Do you help with booking flights?
Yes. We provide flight recommendations and can book tickets through our flight agents if needed.
Is a PCR test required?
At the time of writing — no. But we monitor current requirements and inform travelers in advance.
Is airport transfer included?
Yes, all our tours include transfers at the beginning and end of the itinerary.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track flight arrivals and adjust transfers accordingly. Please notify us in advance of any delays.
What happens if my flight is canceled?
We will coordinate your new arrival time and adjust your transfer. It's important to stay in touch.
Where does the tour start and end?
Usually, the tour starts in Moscow and ends in Saint Petersburg, but other options are possible.
Can I join the tour after it has started?

Can I join the tour if I'm flying from another SEA country?
Yes, we help find convenient flights and will meet you at the airport. You can fly from Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.
What is the standard of hotels?
We use 4–5* hotels that are time-tested and highly reviewed. Apartments and boutique hotels are also available. Budget options upon request.
Can I join the tour alone?
Yes, we have tours suitable for solo travelers. You’ll be well cared for and part of the group experience.
Is it possible to travel solo?
Yes, we ensure comfort and safety for solo travelers. A single occupancy surcharge may apply.
How many people are in a group?
Typically 6 to 18 participants. We also offer mini-groups and private tours.
Can I bring a pet?
In private tours — yes, provided veterinary regulations are followed and hotels approve.
Will a guide stay with the group at all times?
Yes, a tour leader or guide will accompany the group throughout the journey and assist with logistics and daily needs.
Are meals included in the tour price?

How do we travel around Lake Baikal?
Depending on the season, you may ride in UAZ vehicles, Trekol off-roaders, hovercrafts (Khivus), or snowmobiles.
Are there overnight transfers?
Rarely. We usually plan routes with hotel overnights, but sometimes a night train is part of the itinerary.
Can I charge my phone during travel?
Yes, all buses and trains are equipped with power outlets or USB ports.
Is there Wi-Fi on buses and trains?
Some buses have Wi-Fi. On trains, internet access may be limited. We can provide an eSIM upon request.
Is internet access available during the tour?
Yes, in cities and hotels. In remote areas, occasional interruptions may occur. You can rent an eSIM or a Wi-Fi router if needed.
Is a SIM card provided upon arrival?
Yes. Upon request, we can provide an eSIM or advise where to purchase a local SIM card.
What photo or video format is recommended for capturing the tour?
We recommend mobile 4K and wide-angle cameras. Filming with a professional operator is also available.
Can I book a professional photo shoot during the tour?
Yes. We work with photographers in various regions. Just let us know your dates, and we’ll handle the arrangements.
Are there English-speaking guides on the tours?
Yes. All our tours are accompanied by English-speaking tour managers. Upon request, we can also provide guides who speak Thai, Vietnamese, and other languages.
What if I don’t speak Russian?
You’ll be accompanied by an English-speaking tour manager. We also prepare a handy phrasebook and audio guide for you.
Can I request a female guide?
Yes. We have experienced female guides and tour managers. Just let us know when booking.
Are excursions available in Russian?
Yes, if there are Russian-speaking guests in the group. Tours are usually in English, but other languages are available upon request.
